Construction Aggregate, or simply “Aggregate”, is a broad category of coarse particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geo-synthetic Aggregates. Aggregates are the most mined material in the world. Aggregates are a component of composite materials such as concrete and asphalt concrete; the Aggregate serves as reinforcement to add strength to the overall composite material.
Construction industry is highly prosperous in modern time. More and more Aggregate materials are required all over the world. Aggregate is the natural available deposits of sand or gravel. However, natural deposits of Aggregate are very limited in nature world. Most Aggregate are obtained from the crushed large rock, gravel, sand or other materials. Aggregate crushing plants are important equipment for Aggregate processing. Aggregate commonly is classified into two categories: fine Aggregate and coarse Aggregate.
Aggregate Crushing Plant:
Aggregate crushing operation is the processes of dealing and processing of nonmetallic mineral materials for construction industry. Nonmetallic mineral material will be first quarried or mined and then conveyed to the processing plant for further classification or further size reduction by Aggregate.
